For the fifth year in a row, corporate customers across the Nordic markets have ranked Danske Bank as the best bank within cash management.
That is the outcome of the annual customer satisfaction survey by Prospera, in which more than 250 corporate customers participated.
Global Head of Transaction Banking at Danske Bank, Lars Sjögren, comments:
“We are delighted with the result, which we see as a significant sign of recognition from our customers. We strive to make our customers’ corporate day easy, and the feedback from customers in the new survey suggests that we are succeeding at this”.
Top-rated since 2014
Prospera surveyed CFOs, treasurers and cash managers across a wide range of Nordic corporates. They were asked to rate the sales function, support function, geographic capacity and product solutions in 11 leading banks that supply cash management services in the Nordic markets.
On a scale of 1 to 5, Danske Bank was the only bank to receive an overall score above 4 from customers. Danske Bank has been top-rated in Prospera’s Nordic Cash Management surveys since 2014.
Leena Vainiomäki is the Head of Customer Advice & Sales in Transaction Banking. She says: “We have worked hard to not only understand what our customers need now - but also to bring new ideas for their future in this fast-changing world. Our customers’ appreciation of this work is the best possible reward. ”
A customer-centric bank
The number one result in the Prospera survey was received by Danske Bank just a few weeks after the bank was awarded five prizes by the international trade publication Global Finance for its cash management offerings.
Also awarded at a Nordic level, the prizes included Best Bank for Cash Management, Best Bank for Liquidity Management and Best Bank for Payments & Collections.
Lars Sjögren adds:
“We have come a long way in terms of customer centricity. However, competition is fierce and we need to do our very best in the years to come in order to remain the best Nordic bank for cash management.”
