Danske Bank stays in the lead on customer satisfaction across the Nordics for Corporate and Institutional customers, when compiling all Prospera surveys from 2018.

For the third year in a row, Danske Bank are ranked number one in the Nordics, when looking across all Prospera’s 2018 surveys for large corporates and institutions.

The total result includes maintained number one positions in Denmark and Finland, and progress from a third to a second place in Norway. In Sweden, Danske Bank drops from a no. 1 to a no. 2 position.

“I am very happy that we have managed to hold on to our Nordic lead in 2018, while at the same time progressing in Norway. I want to thank our customers for their support and recognition. It makes me very proud to be part of an organization that works hard every day to earn our customers’ trust and loyalty – even in a challenging year, where there has rightfully been a lot of criticism in the case of suspicious transactions in our Estonian branch,” says Jakob Groot, Head of Danske Bank Corporates and Institutions.
